From the Heartland to Wine Country

From the Heartland to Wine Country

This Sunday, we will partner with Tulsa restaurateurs, Oklahoma wine brokers and wine shops to hold a food and wine event benefiting the fire-ravaged regions of Mendocino, Napa, and Sonoma wine country. Join us as we help our friends in California.

Sunday, October 29, 2017 | 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Polo Grill | 2038 Utica Square | Tulsa, OK 74114

A tax-deductible donation of $100 will allow guests the opportunity to enjoy wines, cheeses, olive oils, and other assorted culinary items produced by these affected regions on a daily basis. The funds will be distributed to these communities through the following charitable foundations.

Napa Valley Community Foundations Disaster Relief Fund

Community Foundation of Sonoma County Resilience Fund

Community Foundation of Mendocino County Disaster Fund of Mendocino County

“We serve and enjoy wines, cheeses, olive oils, and an assortment of other culinary items that are produced by these affected regions on a daily basis,” states Robert Merrifield, ProprietorChef of Polo Grill. “The agricultural producers of the Heartland in Oklahoma understand the work ethic that goes into making these products and we want to support rebuilding the lives and livelihoods of our fellow purveyors.” Chairpersons, Janet McGehee and Bryan Close head the current list of participants:
