Reviews

  • "91 points. Dark red. Pungent, floral- and spice-accented aromas of dark berries and incense are lifted by a smoky mineral quality. Sappy and broad on the palate, offering gently sweet blackberry and cherry cola flavors and a touch of peppery spices. The floral and smoke notes come back strong on the powerful finish, which clings with good tenacity and chewy, slow-mounting tannins. This brawny Pinot benefits greatly from aeration." (vinous)
  • "90 points. Dark, expressive and medium-weight, with black cherry and smoky notes playing against hints of pomegranate and black tea as the finish lingers. Best from 2018 through 2023." (Wine Spectator)
